We believe in transparent pricing with no surprises. 

• All cosmetic medical services are subject to applicable Connecticut sales tax, which will be added at checkout.
• Gift cards are not subjected to sales tax until they are redeemed for services.
• Prices may change periodically to reflect product costs and industry pricing. 
• All services are non-refundable once performed.

Appointment Policy

• Your appointment times is reserved especially for you. 
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure your treatment begins on time. 
• To provide the best experience for all of our patients, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, or a missed appointment (no-show), are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. 
• We understand emergencies happen. If unexpected circumstance arises, we will always do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. 

Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to provide exceptional care to every patient. 

• Before receiving aesthetic treatments, Connecticut law requires every patient to complete a Good Faith Medical Evaluation with our Medical Director. 
• Included at no additional cost before your first treatment and renewed annually. 
• If an additional evaluation is requested, by you, outside of your annual exam, the fee is $25.
