Hi, I'm Karen, founder of On The Go Aesthetics.

I created this practice because I believe aesthetic medicine should enhance, not change, who you are. My goal has never been to make someone look different. Instead,  I focus on subtle, personalized treatments that leave you looking like the best version of yourself. 

As a registered nurse with more than 10 years of nursing experience, patient care has always been at the heart of everything I do. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2022, and have the privilege of educating future nurses as a faculty member of Albertus Magnus College. In 2026, I  completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), further strengthening my commitment to evidence-based care, patient safety, and clinical excellence. 

Outside the treatment room, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and tending to my gardens, where you'll usually find me surrounded by flowers, my greatest passion. My gardens remind me that beautiful results take time, care, and attention to detail, the same philosophy I bring to every patient I treat.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Deb brings more than 28 years of experience in healthcare, including 22 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and 3 years as the medical director of On The Go Aesthetics. 

After earning her masters degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 1998, Deb built an extensive career caring for patients in urology, geriatrics, hospice and palliative care, and specialized in diabetes education, nutrition, and disease prevention. Her passion for helping people achieve better health also led her to found Health Star Medical Weight Loss, where she continues to support patients on their wellness journey. 

 In 2023, Deb expanded her expertise by completing advanced training in aesthetic injectables. As Medical Director of On The Go Aesthetics, she provides clinical oversight and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality care. Deb believes that exceptional aesthetic medicine begins with a strong medical foundation, personalized treatment, and putting each patient's well-being first.
